The construction site of the project is located in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The main content of the project is to complete the nondestructive testing of Phoenix Bridge and ascending Dragon Bridge. Phoenix Bridge was completed in 2011, with a total length of 140m and two-way four-lane cable-stayed bridge with single tower and double cable plane. The tower height is 32.82m, reinforced concrete tower and prestressed concrete box girder. The bridge direction is from east to west. The ascending Dragon Bridge is a three-span simply supported beam structure, with total length of 80m, span design of 25+30+25, full width of 12.7m, and one-way two-lane bridge. The main beam is designed as six prestressed T-Beams with beam height of 1.37m, and the bridge direction is from East to west.
