This project, with the target of establishing the expressway network in the kingdom of Cambodia, is organized by Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Kingdom of Cambodia. By the comprehensive consideration of economic development level, town development, area geographic feature, and expert consultation, the effective scale of expressway will be 2200km approximately by 2040 in the Kingdom of Cambodia, including 6 radiate lines from Phnom Penh, 2 longitudinal lines, 2 linking-up lines and 1 Phnom Penh Ring Road.
