The interchange was designed as composite disc type, five road crossing and three and a half floors. It is characterized by limited height to save the area on one side of the main line. On the basis of butterfly interchange, the interchange adds a one-way Zhongzhou Avenue, a left turn directional ramp and a right turn ramp to form the combined butterfly interchange. The project won the First Prize of Engineering Design in Henan Province.
