The project is located in new Changxihu area of Zhengzhou City, the south side of the main canal of South-north Water Transfer. It is planned to be an urban expressway. The length of the road is 4730m and the width of the red line is 60m. Along the line, municipal pipelines such as rainwater, sewage, water supply, gas, heat and lighting are laid along the line, and the construction of sponge city is integrated into the design.
