The Wenchang-Qionghai Expressway is located in Wenchang City and Qionghai City, Hainan Province. The main line of the project is 65.7 kilometers in length. It adopts two-way four-lane expressway standard, and the link road is 5.9 kilometers in length, which adopts two-way four-lane first-class highway standard. The project covers a total area of 440.11 hectares, with a total budget of 4.018 billion CNY. The project started in November 2016, and completed and opened to traffic in October 2019. The project director office was repeatedly praised by Hainan Provincial Department of Transportation and Hainan Provincial Bureau of transportation engineering construction many times.
