The second phase of Yongcheng section of Jining-Qimen expressway is located in Yongcheng City, Henan Province. The route starts from the junction of Yongcheng City and Dangshan County, Anhui Province, and southward connect the starting point of G30 (Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway) to S32 (Yongcheng-Dengfeng Expressway), and ends at the intersection of the project and G30 (Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway). It is an important part of Yongcheng section of Shangdong Jining-Anhui Qimen expressway. The total length of the project is 15.139 km, two-way four-lane, the design speed is 120 km/h, and the subgrade width is 28 m.

The construction was started in July 2013 and opened to traffic in October 2015.
