On April 17, Ma Yanjun, Director of the Comprehensive Institute of the Planning Institute of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China, and his team of five people came to the company to communicate about overseas transportation planning projects. The meeting was chaired by Tang Yi, General Manager of the company. Wang Shijie, Deputy General Manager of the company, and heads of departments such as Overseas Division, Transportation and Logistics Strategic Development Research Institute and Comprehensive Planning Institute attended the discussion.
General Manager Tang Yi welcomed the arrival of Director Ma Yanjun and his delegation. Zhang Pengju from Overseas Division provided a detailed introduction to the Philippine Comprehensive Transportation Planning Project. Subsequently, Vice Director of the Comprehensive Planning Institute, He Wenchong, and Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Institute of the Planning Institute of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China, Li Penglin, presented their respective achievements and advantageous technologies in the field of transportation planning.
Regarding the Philippines' comprehensive transportation planning project, the two sides had a full discussion on work content, outcome documents, performance requirements, personnel requirements, progress control, cooperation methods, and possible difficulties and challenges during project implementation.
Both parties expressed that based on continued good cooperation in domestic projects, they would expand and strengthen cooperation in overseas transportation planning business, export Chinese solutions, and contribute wisdom to the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
