Recently, in the public tender for the first batch of ordinary national and provincial trunk road dilapidated bridge reconstruction projects in Huangshan City organized by the Highway Management Service Center, a consortium composed of Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. and Anhui Xianhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., affiliated with the company, successfully won the bid.

　　The first batch of dilapidated bridge reconstruction projects on ordinary national and provincial trunk roads in Huangshan City in 2024 are distributed along the ordinary trunk roads within the city. There are a total of 425 bridges with a total length of 21,867.71 meters, including one extra-large bridge with a length of 384 meters, 46 large bridges with a total length of 8,033.64 meters, 136 medium bridges with a total length of 8,473.71 meters, and 242 small bridges with a total length of 4,976.36 meters. The bridge types are diverse, mainly arch bridges and beam bridges. There are also a total of 19 tunnels with a length of 13,130 meters (including the Queling Tunnel within Huangshan City with a length of 438 meters), including one extra-long tunnel with a length of 3,218 meters, two long tunnels with a total length of 2,349 meters, five medium tunnels with a total length of 4,348 meters, and ten short tunnels with a total length of 2,777 meters.

　　Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. is primarily responsible for the inspection of the 425 bridges and 19 tunnels on the national and provincial trunk roads in this project. The bridge inspection involves conducting technical condition inspections and assessments for bridges (25 bridges) listed in the dilapidated bridge inventory (including bridges with insufficient load-bearing capacity) through load tests. For other bridges (400 bridges), on-site verification of bridge basic data, completion or supplementation of bridge condition cards, and visual inspections of bridge deck systems, superstructures, bearings, bridge piers and abutments, foundations, auxiliary facilities, riverbeds and control structures, and permanent bridge monitoring points are conducted. The tunnel inspection mainly includes on-site verification of tunnel basic data, completion or supplementation of tunnel condition cards, visual quality inspections of civil structures (portal, door, lining, road surface, maintenance road, drainage system, false ceiling and embedded parts, interior decoration, signs, markings, outline marks, etc.), inspections of mechanical and electrical facilities (power supply and distribution facilities, lighting facilities, ventilation facilities, fire protection facilities, monitoring and communication facilities, etc.), and other engineering facilities.
