This is a grant technical aid project for Cambodia provided by the China under the framework of the economic and technical cooperation agreement between the Chinese and Cambodian governments. The road planning network throughout Cambodia, including 21 provinces and 4 municipalities, covers the area of 181,000 square kilometers and the population of 14.8 million people. The planning period is 2015-2030. The planning object is Cambodia National Road and Provincial Road, and the planning level is network planning. The planning includes the current situation of the Cambodian road network, the future traffic development goals and the scale of the road network, the layout and technical indicators of the national and provincial trunk road network, the road network maintenance and supporting system, etc.
