The first municipal project supervised by the company: Zhengzhou "Four Bridges One Road" is located on Jinshui Road in Zhengzhou City, with a total length of 14.1 kilometers and an investment of 400 million yuan. The construction started in May 1994 and completed in October 1994. It consists of four overpasses of Heyi Overpass, Dashi Bridge, Xintong Bridge and Zijingshan Overpass, and a section of expressway of Jinshui Road Elevated Expressway (Nanyang Road to Wenhua Road). Jinshui Road Elevated Expressway is the earliest elevated road in Zhengzhou and was completed and opened to traffic in December 1994.
