It is connected with Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the West and Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway in the East. It is an important part of the expressway network in Henan Province, which is just one part of the "米" frame structure of the expressway network in Henan Province. Puyang-Hebi expressway is an indispensable part of the construction of "Three Vertical and Three Horizontal" expressway trunk network in Henan Province. Puyang-Hebi Expressway will play an important role in giving full play to the regional advantages of Henan Province, improving the investment environment and driving the development of people flow, logistics and information flow. The connection of the expressway laid the foundation for connecting Henan-Shandong Expressway Network and connecting Liaocheng, Heze and other places to enter the eastern coastal areas.
