The project is located in Linzhou of Anyang City, in the north of Henan Province, with a total length of 39.369 km. The total investment of the project is 2.716 billion CNY.

The project is designed according to the standard of two-way four lane expressway, in which 18.3km of K0+000 - k18+300 section is heavy hill section with design speed of 100km/h and subgrade width of 26m; 21.069km of K18+300 - zk39+369 section is mountain section with design speed of 80km/h and subgrade width of 24.5m. Asphalt concrete is used as pavement surface, and the design load of bridge and culvert is highway - grade I.
