Luoyang-Luoning Expressway is a part of Zhengzhou-Lushi expressway, which is an important part of Henan expressway network. The project starts from Luoyang City, passes Yiyang to the west, and ends in the east of Luoning County, connecting with the planned Luoning-Lushi expressway. The total length of the project is 68.9 km, with an estimated investment of 3.65 billion CNY. The project adopts two-way four lane standard, with a design speed of 100 km/h. There are 4 interchanges, 34 bridges, 11 grade interchanges, 11 overpasses and 53 culverts along the line.
