Wuzhi-Yuntaishan expressway is located in Xiuwu County and Wuzhi County of Jiaozuo City. It is a key project of Henan Expressway in the 12th Five-Year Plan and an important part of Henan highway network.

The project starts from the northwest of Fengcun village, the interchange of Niuzhuang hub under construction, connects Taohuayu Yellow River Bridge of Wuzhi-Xixia Expressway in the north, passes East Xiuwu in the north, and ends near Xinchizhuang, connecting with provincial highway S306. The total length of the project is 36.93 km, with four-lane expressway standard, subgrade width of 26 m and design speed of 100 km/h. The project cost is 2.37 billion CNY.
